Edexcel is part of Pearson and is the UK’s largest awarding organisation, offering academic and vocational qualifications and testing to schools, colleges, employers and other places of learning in the UK and internationally.

Our academic qualifications include GCSE, GCE (A level) and International GCSE (Edexcel Certificate for UK state schools).Our vocational qualifications include NVQ and BTEC from entry level to Higher National Diplomas. BTECs are recognised in more than 80 countries worldwide. Edexcel was formed in 1996 by the merger of the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC), the country’s leading provider of vocational qualifications, and the University of London Examination and Assessment Council (ULEAC), one of the major exam boards for GCSE and A levels.
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources.

The HRDF was established in 1993 with the aim of developing quality human capital and a world-class workforce in achieving a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation in the nation’s quest to attain the status of a developed country by the year 2020.

Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)

Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) was established on March 27, 2004. KPT’s goal is to create an environment of higher education, and promote the development center and a broad knowledge of building human capital, competent, innovative and high moral standards to meet national and international requirements.

KPT created an outstanding ecosystem of higher education in public institutions of higher education (universities), private higher education institutions (HEIs), polytechnics and community colleges. All of these institutions is a key that will generate the thinkers, scientists, scholars, skilled and semi-skilled workers in accordance with their respective roles.
Multimedia Development Corporation

We are the Multimedia Development Corporation or MDeC which directs and oversees Malaysia’s National ICT (Information & Communication Technology) Initiative, the MSC Malaysia (formerly known as the Multimedia Super Corridor in Malaysia).

MDeC is committed to:
  • drive MSC Malaysia by empowering businesses and connecting communities through ICT
