Brief Description 80/20 Communication in Customer Focused Environments is a three-level programme which combines spoken skills, personality development and soft skills. The programme is designed for learners whose first language may not be English and who intend to work in business organisations where English language usage is essential.
Objectives/Outcomes To develop well-rounded trainees equipped with the right customer service mindset and language skills which would enable them to communicate fluently and confidently in English when interacting with people in the workplace.
